Just like other technology industries, SEO is prone to creating it’s own acronyms, buzzwords and jargon. What are terms that are important vs those that are just empty “Buzzwords”

So if someone is pumping up their SEO by talking out their LSI keyword program? That’s a buzzword signaling to run for the hills.
All the buzzwords are useful. For me, there is a typing point. If someone is overusing them, then I don’t want to work with them!
