Request Your $30 Keyword SEO Potential Forecast

Provide us with your target keyword, and identify the top 10 ranking sites and pull their top 100 ranking keyword phrases. Then we'll populate a Google Sheet with keyword volumes, CPC, potential traffic, conversions, sales & revenue from that set of relevant keywords.
  • This is where we will share our Google Sheet
  • We start our process with a single keyword target and expand from there.
  • How many visitors do you need before they submit a form, make a call or buy a product? We will multiply the estimated traffic for the relevant keywords we uncover by your conversion rate to estimate your potential conversions.
  • If your site doesn't do direct eCommerce, then when you "convert" visitors, they actually just become "leads". Leads are NOT sales. To get the number of sales, you need to multiply your conversions(Leads) by a "sales close" rate, reflecting how many leads your sales team, call center, or front desk need to receive before they make an actual sale.
  • How much revenue per sale do you generate?

How many related keywords are included in this report?

We run a query to DataforSEO our SEO data vendor based on your “target keyword”, find the top 10 urls for your site and request the top 100 ranking keywords for all 10 of those domains. This means that the most # of keywords in any report is 1,000.

Do you provide CPC (Cost Per Click) data in your keyword forecast?

Yes, the raw data we provide includes both MONTHLY search volumes and CPC data provided by DataforSEO.

How do you generate traffic estimates based on keyword volumes?

We utilized the data available through Advanced Web Ranking’s Organic CTR study to come up with “stand-in” placeholder values for each organic keyword position. Of course not every query or industry query space is uniform in how that CTR adjusts up or down, but we feel it’s a reasonable data set for estimate purposes. (If you want a custom report created with custom CTR values, please get in touch at!

You’ve got two sheets with “Top 3 by position” and Top 4-10 by position what does that mean?

Clients often ask, “how would I perform” if my site was “at the top of Google” vs “at the bottom of the page”. We took the organic CTR of the top 3 ranking positions, and multiplied the monthly search volume to give you an estimate of how you’d perform if you were in one of the three spots on average. Likewise, we took the average CTR of positions 4-10 to give a ROUGH estimate of traffic for ranking out of the top 3 spots. If you want to know EXACTLY what we’d estimate for traffic for each keyword in each position, check the All Keywords * All Positions sheet!
