A4: Not really. Too many are low-quality leads. Many times, it’s just someone with a real estate question, or someone who thinks they need an agent but really need a property manager/other. Sometimes the “leads” are other agents. #seochat

Has Google gotten better detecting GBP Spam?
A5. Looks like. With continuous algorithm updates and manual reviews, they aim to provide users with accurate and trustworthy information.
Not in my opinion. GBP is baffling to me. Seems like it could be this amazing revenue generating product for them, but the results and spam make it a cess pool. Again… IMHO.
A5 Honestly – it’s difficult to say. Still plenty out there. I hope so but have the spammers got betterer fasterer…?
Do you have a review management strategy?
A6. Definitely! Having a review management strategy is essential for any business (eps. for eCommerce). We actively monitor and respond to customer reviews, addressing concerns, expressing gratitude for positive feedback, and working towards continuous improvement.
